Dhiana Berg: 2nd portfolio & ad-campaign.

It was around November 2011 when i plan to shoot another portfolio & ad-campaign. I want to play with flows & beauty & something a bit heavier than the 1st shoot. So i chose romanticism & history as theme. Im so inspired by the Greek goddesses. I've read about them & i find them very interesting. Its not only about beauty. They represent all a woman can be.. strong, soft-hearted, a leader, a mother, a child, devoted, a hunter, a queen, a dictator, seducer & much more. So I create 4 long, flowy dresses. The original idea was 8 pieces, but because of the timeline (thats 3 weeks before the shoots!), I cut it down to half.

For this shoot, I worked together with Wanzero Wan & Siddiq Firdaus. Wanzero Wan is a master in taking photos of sceneries & very creative in playing with colors to boost the mood. Meanwhile, Siddiq Firdaus takes many beautiful beauty shots & portraitures. Have a look at his facebook page, Cdique Photography. The MuA is Juliann Nazar. I fell in love with her work immediately! She is so talented & is a very humble person. After discussing & all, we decided to shoot at Gold Coast, Sepang & use 4 models so we can have a group-shot. The models are Kida Bustaman for red dress, Fara for the brown & chrome dress, Shida For the gold dress & Fifa for the blue dress.

But on the shooting day, 1st December 2011, Kida was ill. So we carry on with 3 models & 3 dresses. We started quite late & we are so in a rush. Still, the outcome of the photo-shoot is breathtaking. I will post the photos on the next blog. ;)
